Error occured when fetch detail information

I have been using MFC for a few months now. It just started saying: (error occured when fetch detail information) everytime a try to click a movie. Can anyone help me this problem. I have MFC on a MBox model#: MXQpro.

MFC Service, The error occurs on every movie I click on. The error pops up before the movie detail information page loads up. I just sent my MAC address via private message. |
