I have been using MFC for a few months now. It just started saying: (error occured when fetch detail information) everytime a try to click a movie. Can anyone help me this problem. I have MFC on a MBox model#: MXQpro.

We are sorry for your inconvenience. The error message appeared no matter what movie you have clicked? Could you please provide some videos' tt number (you can find on the movie detail information page) and your Mac address to us by forum private message.

MFC Service,
The error occurs on every movie I click on. The error pops up before the movie detail information page loads up. I just sent my MAC address via private message.
