I have the same problem , Unable to login. My account is active. When VPN is changed to Portugal I can access the system but unable watch anything as the download is very slow 1KB - 1120KB. My internet speed is 56 MB. It is not a internet speed issue. Something has happend with the upgrade. Please take a look.

It's a bit of a pain but if you use Proton VPN. You can log in, connect to the free server. Open MFC and login. Then open the Proton Web page on your phone and sign in. Then go to privacy in settings and revoke the Google home / firestick device. It will log you out on your Google or firestick and you can watch stuff as normal. Without having to cloud MFC on whatever device you're using.

It's working for me now on mobile, chromecast and firestick, without a vpn.

Still not working for me either. I can access it on my firestick.
3 days now and I didn’t receive any answer from them.
Someone suggest a VPN that works on firestick?

It's only working with a vpn and the best one to use is surfshark if u have a subscription with any vpn service it will help u get logged in and it's only affecting the uk right now once u sign into it click on mfc and u will be logged bk in after that clear ur VPNs data ok
