How to know what chapters/seasons/movies i already saw

Hi, there´s a way to know if i had saw a movie, or series?

there´s no color or mark to guide us... like other services of streaming. 

For example:

A serie with 5 seasons... i can´t mark the episodes i saw... or know the lastest episode i saw.
