LDPlayer not working

Help. I have purchased a yearly family subscription to my family cinema, to be used on laptops running windows. I have downloaded LDPlayer, but when I run it I get a smeared out unreadable screen. what do I do? I took a screenshot, but there seems to be no facility for attaching it here.

Hey there! Please make sure you are using version 3 of the LDPlayer software, as it is the lightest one. Newer versions of it seem to present issues in specific laptops.

Let us know if the app works okay with this older version of LDPlayer!
