Subtitles Placement
#1
Hi everyone, I’m struggling with the subtitles on my family cinema.
So, I went to my room and there the subtitles are on the right bottom corner, no cuts, perfectly but in the corner, and this is annoying because takes you from the center of the scenes.
In my living room, the subtitles are working just fine in the middle.
My wife said that she only turned on the subtitles and happened to go to the corner (I doubt that was just that hahahhahaha)
I tried resetting the TV to factory standards, tried deleting and reinstalling the MFC App, tried to choose a different source for the subtitles and nothing works.
What is funny is that when I hit the volume button or pause with some subtitles on the screen it goes “back to the middle” until this information (timeline after the pause or the volume bar) goes off.
My tv is a TLC.

Thanks for the help??

Hi, MyFamilier!

We apologize for the issues. Please install our newest version. Access https://myfamilycinema.com/en/download-m...ly-cinema/ directly on your device's browser and click on the download button right below your device's image. The file will be downloaded so you just have to look for it and install it.

If the problem persists, please send us here https://myfamilycinema.com/en/help/contact/ the following information:

- Picture or video of the error on your screen.
- Picture of the "Device information" menu placed in the MFC app.

Best regards.

The My Family Cinema Team.
