Mine as well.
The QRCode scanner from Android app 1.3.0 can't read it.
I have a Samsung S9+.

For the QR code case, we did a system optimization on this issue last week, and it helpd us increase the success rate of scanning significantly.

For QR code case, we did an optimize last week and this problem has been fixed apparently.
