Closing app

Hi. Since yesterday, my app is showing a wierd behaviour, and I've never seen this one.
The app is presenting a lot of litle frozens while running the video. I tested with different shows and movies. After some frozens the video is closed.
A slowness could né seen in the mainha menu also.
My internet seems not be the issue.

I'm using a BTV B9 tv box.
