License buy error - Erro de compra de Licença

Hi there ! I buyed a monthly plan of invoice ID IV10003586 on 11/03/2018 on the price of USD: $2.5 ( R$ 8,95 ) and an MyCommerce Share-It: ID 55785704. But the value charged on my credit card was R$ 10,05 ( USD $3,08).  Even like that, my mfc doesn't work. The app says that my license has expired. I puted on the anex my bank statement , my mfc screenshot.   



Olá ! Eu comprei um plano mensal de identificação de fatura IV10003586 em 11/03/2018 no preço de USD: $ 2.5 (R $ 8,95) e um MyCommerce Share-It: ID 55785704. Wrote:  The days of license is already on my account, but i cannot watch any movie.  The screen shows "Streaming - Loaded subtitles", and after some short time, shows "Download stream is timeout". It's appear in all movies or series that i try to watch. 
 I have already change the wifi to ethernet, already reset the app and the box and the problem does'nt solve. On the anex, there're screenshot of the problem.

Sorry for your inconvenience. Can you tell us your app version and mac address by private(email: mfc@vmfc.io)? You can also report the error log to help us to locate your problem. 
The way to report error log: 1. When you met something wrong with MFC service, enter to a movie detail page; 2. Click "menu" botton of your remote control , the report option will be shown. 3. Click "report error log" to upload your log.
