It is really good for my families to watch some videos together. But I find there are no videos after I registered and purchased on its platform, i found some cloud package on YouTube and download them to import to my box, they work, just share this information for others also have same question with me.

I just download it to my U disk and insert my box to import, it didn't require the password like the video showed, may be you can try again?
