Registration error - Erro de Registro

Hello, I bought a boxtv android Mx9 4K, the My Family Cinema app does not open, from the registration error, "Can not register - user does not exist (4 - 350)". How can I solve the problem?
My Android is 7.1, MAC WiFi 3c: cf: 5b: 99: 53: 5b, MAC EtherNet a8: 17: 02: cc: b6: c3. Serial Number: NLJF9KVXE5

If your box has pre-installed the MFC app, your device should be activated already. For your case, can you send your device mac address(not WiFi or Ethernet) by email to mfc@vmfc.io? 
The way to find your device mac address: open mfc app > enter to setting page > Guide > Click "next" to enter to "Register Device" page, the "Device id" shown on this page is equal to your mac address.

I have the same problem that EduCouto. 

I boght 9 MXQ-4k, 4 were activated, but 5 devices have the same problem. I send a email with my 5 ID Devices. I didn't need to a test, I prefer activate and buy my account. All devices has pre-installed My Family Cinema. 

I need to activate because I'll give to my family. Please I need help.

O aplicativo e gratuito por um período e depois vc precisa comprar a assinatura com eles.
Manda um e-mail pra eles nesse e-mail que ele passou para o EduCouto, eles respondem de madrugada. Passa o modelo do aparelho é o ID do dispositivo que aparece na hora q da o erro.
No meu chegamos a uma alternativa. Só vou te responder se deu certo, qdo eles me responderem ao meu e-mail de hj.
Vc tem q escrever em inglês, se vc não souber. Escreve tudo em português e usa o google Tradutor q eles entendem.

Hello I'm with a tv box mx9 4k the same as the device is not valid id of the device c6b55c86e70a, I need to register since I'm a reseller and I need to deliver to the client.
