What's going on with the USD currency problem. I am an My Family Cinema user for years never had a problem until now. I'm trying to renew well. I can't. I filled out the form to get time at it before it ends and nothing yet. They kept on saying they're going to add time until they get it straighten out, but no time yet. My granddaughter got her first appointment so she signed up started with the free account and she couldn't pay. They said they would give her time until they straighten it out instead, at the end of her free trial, they locked her out. My Family Cinema customer service got to be the worst customer service in the world. I sent many many emails. This is horrible. It's a banishing too because I told many people how good My Family Cinema is and now when they can't renew or watch, they call me up giving me noise about this problem very embarrassing. All I got to say is get somebody that knows what they are doing and fix this payment problem now not tomorrow now.
