After about a month of checking, I see that USD is an option again.... However unless I enter something in the boxes for Neighborhood, Number, and Holder name I can't attempt the payment.  No matter what I put in these boxes the payment is denied. 

Can you please fix your stuff?  I only have a few day's left.

Looks like Neighborhood is your street, number is your house number, and holder is your name. I got it to work on one account. I know someone that couldn't get it to work. But my cc worked for her. Seems wonky. I'm going to try to add another year to my other account tomorrow. I still have 2 months left, but I don't want to run into this again. I'll post the results here.

Looks like Neighborhood is your street, number is your house number, and holder is your name. I got it to work on one account. I know someone that couldn't get it to work. But my cc worked for her.
