New to MFC and can't get it right

Thank you for contacting us.

If you have tried watching movies or series on My Family Cinema and all the content appears as "Not connected", it means that you have not yet imported your cloud correctly to the app.

We will ask one of our external resellers to get in touch with you as soon as possible to explain how to import your cloud. Remember to check both your inbox and spam folder to make sure you have received the email.
