If the app has been working normally and just now started running slowly, we recommend you clear the app's data as it might be the cause of your issues.
You can clear data by going closing the MFC app and then going to Settings > Apps > My Family Cinema > Clear data.
Keep in mind that clearing data is something a bit more serious than clearing cache, which means that your account will log out and you will have to log back in. But information such as your cloud, history, favorites, etc, won't be affected at all.
