Videos Are Not Connected
Hi. I just signed up with MFC's subscription and everything seems to be activated by the MFC Support team. However, all the movies/videos are showing up as not connected. What am I missing here?
In my previous box, everything works out of the box, so there is nothing for me to do. This is a new box and I had to manually install the app, then get them to add my MAC address so that it can be linked to my subscription package. However, none of the videos are connected, so I cannot view any movies. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
