Have audio and Subtitles but no Video - seetherseth - 03-04-2024

Please assist me urgently with the following issue with my MFC . All the other users streaming is fine except for mine
The problem is I don’t have video at all , but the audio is perfect as well as the subtitles
It has been going on for 3 three days
Please assist me .
