3-month free access lost after linked account - User Redone - 12-19-2023

Hello.
I bought an official Redplay device, a Reone Max, and when using the "my family cinema" a message appeared saying "link your account and get 3 more days".

When I linked my account, my 3-month free access was immediately reset.

How do I restore my factory settings?

*Note: I bought the device yesterday, it hadn't even been used for 24 hours.
