Have been trying to watch this episode numerous times with no luck. Anyone else having problems? Other episodes in the season seem to be working just not this one.

Issues in a specific content mean that there might be a problem in the video or in the cloud where the video was made available.
If you happen to have access to other clouds other than your own, you can try clicking on the button next to "Play" (or you can play the episode, pause it, and then click on "Sources") and select a different Play Source, to see if a different source would work.
