Chopping Video Frame Rate - fiaofiao - 05-28-2018
Hello
Not sure if I´m doing anything wrong. But all movies frame rate are very chopped , not smooth at all. Doesn´t matter if it´s cached or streaming.
Anyway to smooth things out?
