Prompt answering our queries in General questions - Zeenia71 - 02-04-2019
When we have queries with our account, a prompt answer to our emails and/or forum queries in General questions would be great as it takes a long time to get a response and if we get one. Most of us are paying customers and since there is no telephone number available through customer service to find a solution to our problem, a prompt answer would be great instead of waiting daily when and if we get a response. Please respect your paying customers as MFC is a wonderful app.
