Full Version: Plan Options not coming up on member's login pages

I went into my login page to renew my subscription. I wanted to change from Family to Duo subscription, but when I log in to my page I only see my current plan which is the Family plan. I'm given no option to select the other plans.

Why can I not see the full selection of plans???
