Since I purchased the monthly MFC subscription, I can not watch a series or movie normally. Before you start a window appears stating that you are not connected to the cloud or after the video started window appears telling you that an error has occurred. All this happens intermittently every time I use MFC.
To test my internet, immediately access NetFlix or normal YouTube.

a question: how to create and use a VPN?
MFC, I´m having the same problems that the others to connect MFC, start freezing or buffering, I installed VPN but did not work. Curiously since I made my subscription for 1 year started this problems, while I had 3 months trial worked perfectly, that is why a Subscribe to MFC. Can you help me please? Thanks

The quality of service is the same no matter users make subscription or not. So maybe you met some problems in playing videos. If possible, please send more details, including tt number, your MAC address, short videos or picutres, to our official e-mail address (mfc@vmfc.io) or send private message within forum.
