I have recently purchased a single subscription which I am using on my laptop. I seem to have a connection to many movies and series but for all of the recent movies/series I have audio but no video. How do I correct this?


Your urgent assistance in this regard would be appreciated.

Hi, Can you try the following: 

1) Close the APP and go to the device settings.
2) Click on Apps > My Family Cinema > Clear data.
