Hi. I have been a customer for almost 2 years and every thing works fine. However, in past month or so, I am noticing that I am unable to view any trailers. I can seem the links for the trailers but whenever I clicked on them, I always get a message:
"An unknown error has occurred. Please try again"
Is anyone else having the same problem? Any idea how I can resolve this? Thanks.

I am not receiving the message, but have a problem with the trailers buffering constantly. I have a download speed of 300mps.
