Hi MFC,
I too am having trouble renewing the Basic $29.99 plan. The Webpage which gives you the plan options does not allow the users to select the basic plan for renewal. The only options are to Upgrade to more expensive plans.
I pay for a plan for my parents and it's getting very close to expiring so I want to renew for them.

Thank you so much for the feedback.

Now you can log-in your MFC account to the MFC member site, select the plan you have already bought and purchase it again, your service expiry date will automatically accumulate.
