Hi, I have an MXQPro, i subscribed for yearly Premium Account, I have 336 days remaining but I have an issue.  My niece shall I say saw me enter my Password, downloaded MFC on her phone and Tablet and urgently need them deleted as I refuse to pay for her and find it wrong that she did this.  I have since then changed my Password so she has no access to MFC but I need my other 2 rightful devices free so I can utilise them elsewhere.  My niece does not live with me, we are actually in very bad terms, family issues and it had outraged me that she had done this as she also hacked into every Password I had in social networking etc.  My ID is A16354 and the 2 devices I urgently need removed are a Tablet and Mobile Phone:

I found out promptly and the very next day changed my Passwords, Please can these 2 devices be cancelled as I am paying and find it unfair for 2 devices to go to waste out of my Premium Account when they are not in use and I am not even the user.  I had sent an email to MFC but did not receive a response around 2 weeks ago so I signed into the forum for help

Hi again, I have emailed MFC support about this but still I have not received a reply, please can these 2 devices be removed from my account as I am a paying customer and they are not in use! If more info is needed, please let me know
