I can not find my files in series or movies.

I believe that I am correctly naming the files, until when I update the cloud it appears that it has 4 videos. But I can not find it.

Can not I find it because you do not have these animes in the MFC? Or as soon as MFC recognizes the file, does it already create the content page?

Thanks for the help ...... but I need some more help ........

This is giving the message that the video is not compatible with the device ....

I'm using 1280x720 resolution in mp4 format.
