Angry log in page won't accept details put  y account name in and password and nothing happens .

You can log in by clicking the avatar to enter your account and password, please confirm whether the account and password are correct or not, you can try to log in your account on the MFC member site(
https://member.myfamilycinema.com). If you can’t log in, it means the account and password you input are wrong, you can reset on member site.
If you log in to MFC member site successfully but failed at MFC app, please send your set-top box information and MAC address to us by private(support@myfamilycinema.com), we will check the problem ASAP.
